Job description

  • Execute proactive candidate sourcing, facilitating the interview and hiring process
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and ongoing
relationship management incl. use of new media
  • Daily management of HR/Recruitment of up till 100 employees mainly for Davai ApS customers
  • Financial responsibility about UAB Davai HR economy and education program
  • Reporting on monthly base to Managing Director, and Financial head of Davai ApS
  • Keeping all HR management on accordance and updated to new rules, projects within Baltic states
  • Implement sales directly to domestic and abroad clients independently of Davai ApS.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the organization’s business models, operations, financial goals


  • Academic degree in Business Psychology, Economics, Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR, recruiting processes, preferably in an international organization
  • Experience with staff hire directly to EU costumers will be preferred
  • English language at high level
  • Knowledge of employment law, compensations, organizational planning, organization development,
employee relations, safety training
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Proactive approach to finding solutions and driving process improvements
  • High motivation and self-driven person
  • Ability of traveling
  • Driving licence
