You will support high-quality service delivery throughout the full Employee experience life cycle – handle recruitment, manage employment administration activities, organize trainings and events, participate in various HR projects, etc. – with purpose to increase engaged, motivated, value based work environment and positive atmosphere to Bigbank employees in Lithuania.
How you'll spend your day:
Managing full cycle recruitment and onboarding process.
Carrying out Employment Administration activities according to legal acts and requirements.
Supporting in organizing employee trainings, surveys and events.
Supervising and administrating Records Management activities.
Participating in various HR projects on Local and Group level.
Requirements
At least one year experience working in HR related position (preferably in an international team).
Higher education in human resources, business administration, or a relevant field.
Preferably good knowledge of Lithuanian Labour Law and other regulatory acts.
Good Lithuanian and English skills, both written and spoken.
Advanced user of MS Office.
Accurate and attentive to detail.
Highly engaging and outgoing personality with excellent people skills.
