Job description

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The candidate should be able to close sales and meet targets.
To be a successful Inside Sales Representative, one should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top Inside Sales Representative should also be competitive, a good listener and a keen observer.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Generating leads;
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads;
  • Researching/farming databases and non-traditional lead sources for new projects;
  • Identify projects that are a good INTUS fit;
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities;
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email or phone;
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates;
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers;
  • Providing a basic introduction to features of products and services;
  • Staying informed about competing products and services;
  • Work with the internal team to provide the customer the necessary project information and documentation as required.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of sales related experience;
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services;
  • Able to work independently and with a team;
  • Excellent analytical, time management and organizational skills;
  • Highly motivated and shows initiative;
  • Great negotiation and active listening skills;
  • Excellent MS Office skills required to include Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Ability to work from 1pm to 10pm.

Additional preferred qualifications:
  • Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications;
  • Ideally some experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.com., ZOHO CRM or any other similar platform.

Salary

942-2306 €/mon. gross
Salary will depend on your experience and skills.
