Job description

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The candidate should be able to close sales and meet targets. The candidate will have an opportunity for travel to USA.
To be a successful Inside Sales Representative, one should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top Inside Sales Representative should also be competitive, a good listener and a keen observer.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Generating leads.
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Researching/farming databases and non-traditional lead sources for new projects.
  • Identify projects that are a good INTUS fit.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email or phone.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Providing a basic introduction to features of products and services.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Work with the internal team to provide the customer the necessary project information and documentation as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in call center or active sales position.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Minimum C1 level.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ideally some experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.com., ZOHO CRM or any other similar platform.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets.
  • Experience in creating a sales funnel.
  • Excellent computer literacy.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change and to think on your feet.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn new approaches and technical skills.
  • Ability to work from 1pm to 10pm.
