Newsec Baltics capital markets team is seeking for a self-motivated young professional to join our company as an Investment Analyst/Advisor. You will be important part of our capital markets team, responsible for analysis of real estate investment cases, and being part of executing largest deals in the Baltics
Core responsibilities:
- Analysis of real estate investment cases across all real estate sub-sectors (offices, retail, logistics, industrial, hotels, residentials for rent, development projects, renewables)
- Preparation of investment materials;
- Ad hoc analysis of the market, market players, investment cases;
- Assisting the team with distribution of sales materials and coordination of sales process
- Assisting the team with deal execution
Best-suited candidate should have:
- Strong organizational, project management and time management skills
- Good attention to detail
- Good command of English (at least level B2)
- Previous experience in analytical role is a plus
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus\
