Right now, we are looking for an IT architect for Customer Care systems in Attended Channels area.

I am Anders Bjørnerud, Head of Attended Channels. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of my unit. In Attended Channels we are currently 5 teams responsible for the capabilities Customer & Partner Contact Center Management, Channels Sales Management (PoS, Retail), Customer Service Representative 360 solutions, RPA & automation and aids to the different attended channels. My job is super exciting and I look forward to work with our great teams every single day.

Your next challenge?

As an IT architect in Attended Channels, you will be a great contributor to making the day-to-day work of thousands of store and call center employees in Telia Company a better place to work. You will work alongside skillful colleagues, developing and maintaining the core systems in Telia that delivers the capabilities in Attended Channels. We are on a journey of changing both our way of working, our delivery model and our IT system landscape. You will have an important stake in identifying and propose target IT systems in the Customer Care area. You will do analysis, create solution descriptions, requirement descriptions and help with business cases. You will also work with different projects and initiatives from our stakeholders as well as take part in meetings where you will discuss and present ideas to improve our architecture.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Support our delivery teams, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable and architecturally sound
  • Co-operate with other areas on common deliveries
  • Drive your area according to strategic decisions in a modern, agile and DevOps way

Who are you?

Since your unit is spread across several countries, you need to have good communication skills and be a true team player. I believe you are solution oriented, not afraid to initiate new solutions or initiatives, and have a natural drive to reach your goals. Being analytical is a big plus.

Your experience:

  • An academic degree preferably in computer science or similar.
  • Experience with architectural frameworks and thinking
  • Experience from working with agile methods.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
