ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Deliver projects on-time, on budget, and with quality
- Collaborate with leads in product management, design, and engineering to estimate project resources
- Develop a detailed project plan with dependencies and clear critical paths
- Monitor and track project execution against project plan and budget
- Ensure PMP quality standards are met on all deliverables
- Communicate with the team, motivate individuals in the team
- Proactively manage all aspects of (internal) client or stakeholder expectations and communications
- Identify and manage risks that would impact the delivery of the project and proactively resolve issues
- Work with our Business Development and Customer Success team to help define and scope new client engagements
- Continuously engage the client, stakeholders, and the team to ensure the expected value delivery
- Help shape the discipline of Project Management at Interactio

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 4-6 years of software design & development project management experience in software development companies
- Proven experience managing projects for the creation and development of digital products using Agile and Waterfall methodologies; PMP Certificate is a bonus
- Experience working with senior client (government) stakeholders is a must
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for digital products
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills in English
- The resilience to work in a flexible, start-up environment
- Highly collaborative; team player
- Self-starter; able to juggle multiple projects at once
