  • Meet standard KPIs (average handling time, first point resolution, call quality);
  • Maintain adherence to schedule;
  • Work on value-adding activities such as knowledge base update;

Experience

  • Freshers or 1-3 years of relevant experience. Freshers with excellent comm. skills in English language may also apply
