Are you ready to join us?
Advise, train and supervise end-users in use of new IT solutions;
Conducts simple configuration changes to the applications;
Administer access rights to information systems;
Register and classify incoming IT requests and monitor the progress of their resolution;
Solve software and hardware related issues and problems;
Install software and support automatic distribution of software and updates;
Maintaining internal documentation and instructions.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES:
IT education;
1+ year of experience in IT
support or helpdesk area;
Good understanding of Service Desk, • Support and problem solving;
Basic understanding of Active directory, JIRA, SCCM
Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English language skills -spoken
and written, ability to
communicate effectively with
both technical and non-technical
audiences;
Good interpersonal and
communication skills.
