Key responsibilities
- Maintenance, support and administration of existing e-commerce and other systems in the Baltic States.
- Analysis and resolution of problems reported by users/consumers;
- Analysis of new business requirements, working with vendors to implement them;
- Identifying problem areas in systems and proposing improvements.
- Supporting teams who are engaging in the deployment of new systems or technologies;
- Working with external & international vendors.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with strong verbal and writing capabilities in English;
- College/University degree (Business Administration, Economics, Big Data, Exact Sciences);
- Having a degree in Computer Science or equivalent will be an advantage;
- Service-oriented and proactive mindset;
- Good analytical skills, result- and detail-oriented;
- A collaborative team player with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to process changes;
- Last, but not least 1 year of experience in a Service desk or Operation centre will be an advantage.

- Salary range from 1580 € to 2140 € gross. The final offer will depend on the candidate‘s competencies and experience;
