Job description

  • Provide technical support by email
  • Provide Hotelston technical support to customers as well as colleagues in the company
  • Utilize help desk and issue management systems to track each task
  • Identify trends in support requests and recommend systemic and pro-active solutions to mitigate issues
  • Monitor and maintain health of Hotelston services
  • Assist in Hotelston IT projects

Requirements

  • Good spoken and written English (mandatory)
  • Basic programming skills
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Problem solver attitude
