Job description

  • Respond to and follow up requests coming to the helpdesk;
  • Communicate with the customer;
  • Determine the nature of the problem and aim at solving them instantly;
  • For requests needing another support consultant or in need of getting escalated, collect and relay information on to the next level.


  • Experience in technical support;
  • Good knowledge of Norwegian and English languages;
  • Structured;
  • Focused on finding solutions;

  • Team player;
  • Proactive.

Technical skills:
  • Experience with the Microsoft platform products (MS Office, servers, network, etc.);
  • Experience with SQL Server;
  • Experience with scripting technologies (vb, java, CSS, html, etc.);
  • Experience with administration of a business application (CRM, ERP, CMS);
  • Knowledge of business applications (CRM, etc.).

Since the start in 1990, SuperOffice has developed and delivered Customer Relationship Management software to business-to-business oriented customers in Europe. SuperOffice currently employs 221 people in offices in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland and UK.

SuperOffice has established a Customer Experience Centre in Vilnius, Lithuania that will provide a new dimension to how customers perceive their supplier of CRM software and services. The Customer Support team use modern communication via internet to connect with customers throughout Europe and help them getting the most from their CRM solution. SuperOffice is adding more people to the team of 25 people who currently operates the service desk. The Customer Experience Center plays an important role in ambitious growth plans for the coming years.
