Job description
Furniture1 needs people who have experience as technical support (software and hardware), ready to work with multiple European markets (15+) communicating daily with colleagues all around Europe (communication language - English) mostly in writing. We are looking for solution-focused individuals who are always looking for the best way to solve the problem.
As IT Support, you will:
As IT Support, you will:
- Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware;
- Be the frontline of the IT department for our team and colleagues across all Europe. Be the first point of contact in regards of urgent issues, for example, problems encountered with Call center software;
- Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions;
- Test and maintain software to ensure quality and performance;
- Maintain companies IT hardware resources;
- Work in a multi-functional, self-organized team.
Requirements
- Knowledge of hardware, software, network and operating systems and interest in keeping up with up-to-date technology;
- Ability to work in a team and independently;
- Ability to multi-task effectively;
- Attention to quality and details;
- Good time & task management skills;
- English and Lithuanian communication skills;
- Knowledge of HTML / CSS is appreciated.
