My name is Rytis Staneika, and I am proudly heading newly established Architecture & Delivery management unit within Telia IT. The Architecture & Delivery management team is focusing on Architecture and Delivery manager Services consolidation across the countries while keeping evolving and maintaining quality across our installed base. Strong engagement with our business stakeholders and partners will be key to secure best in class performances. As we continue forward, we are now going to recruit a Atlassian Jira & Confluence Support Engineer to provide excellent customer services for our internal users.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues in a timely manner
- Communicating with end users to diagnose problems and fixing technical issues
- Prioritizing your workload to ensure the most critical issues are resolved first
- Documenting common support procedures that coworkers can follow
- Providing support & guidance for users
Your experience:
For this position, we are looking for someone with Business and IT experience in the areas relevant for the position, with business acumen and good understanding of the strategic and tactical issues within the IT-services sector. You can manage complex environments and proactively respond to issues in an innovative yet structured approach and integrity. Furthermore, you need:
- Experience with Jira, Confluence products configuration
- ITIL and Agile knowledge
- Previous experience in a technical application support role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills
