Your Role at Cognizant:
- Language Mastery: Within just 5.5 months, become proficient in spoken and written Danish.
- Financial Insights: Work with financial products and services—think insurance, pensions, and more. Analyze data, prepare reports, and shape strategies.
- Partnership: Assist colleagues, make informed decisions, and follow guidelines. Your teamwork will drive success.
- Process Improvements: Implement efficiency enhancements. Your ideas matter.
What We Expect from You:
- Communication Skills: Strong spoken and written English and Lithuanian language abilities.
- Willingness to Learn: Embrace language learning and your specific work area.
- Tech-Savviness: Comfortable with MS Office (especially Excel).
- Planning and Customer Focus: Organize tasks effectively and prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Finance Experience (Desirable): While not mandatory, any background in finance or back-office operations will be considered a bonus.
