Right now, we are looking for Junior Business Data Analyst in our data analytics team who would strengthen TELIA capability to understand and serve our customers even better. I am Darius Lapienis and I am leading our Data management and analytics unit. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team.
Your next challenge?
If you want to be a key player in the forefront of establishing our capacity to become data driven organisation and work with one of the most innovative organisation in Lithuania, you are perfect for my team. You will initiate and drive mapping our information model, actively participate in our organisational transformation, roam through our system landscape and enable us to understand the value we hold – and you will be a key player in accelerating how we grow and retain our customers.
Our team in Vilnius has the overall responsibility for providing organisation with a variety of analytics and analytical products, data management, customer retention activities and active organisational support on reporting and analytics. In this team of 18, your contribution will be central and you will have a great opportunity to influence the work that our team and organisation is doing.
Who are you?
You are independent with a strong drive. Still, you are a team player that appreciate an inclusive team environment. You have worked in a matrix structure with conflicting priorities with great energy to move forward. It is great if you understand our industry, how we work and our products. But hey, we are here to create something completely new.
