MUST HAVE
✅ Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
✅ Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively and maintain friendly, professional conversations with both customers and drivers.
✅ A quick learner with a willingness to develop expertise in our industry, gaining a thorough understanding of all aspects of international relocations from one part of the world to another.

MAIN DUTIES
✅ Planning and coordinating the most efficient schedules and routes for vehicles across Europe.
✅ Preparing and managing customs documentation for shipments to and from non-EU countries, including the UK, Norway, and Switzerland.
✅ Maintaining clear and effective communication with drivers, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately, on time, and to the highest standard.
✅ Providing proactive customer support and updates, particularly when unexpected issues arise, ensuring a positive customer experience and timely resolution of any concerns.
✅ Monitoring shipment progress and resolving operational challenges to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of relocation services.
✅ Working closely with colleagues, partners, and suppliers to coordinate international moving and logistics operations effectively.
