Job description

In this role You will be mainly responsible for the support and coordination of three key pillars - marketing, events/exhibitions and creative services:

  • Purchase order initiating, authorization and flow in the relevant system and follow up action;
  • Spent Management & AdMerch budget record keeping and controlling;
  • Coordination of labels design creation/management of relabel process;
  • Communication with customers on promotions, NPIs, or customer's request;
  • Coordination of translation services with external suppliers and proof reading ;
  • Coordination of external printing/production of leaflets, catalogs, POS, etc.;
  • Customers' contracts assistance;
  • Tracking and reporting results of a new product launch or promotional campaign as per KPI set by business;
  • Price list updates (adding pictures, additional columns, product specifics, etc. required by business).

  • Coordination of event preparation with selected vendor (selecting the place for event, invitations, lead collection forms etc.);
  • Support in participation in external conferences, industry events including those not organized by 3M.

  • Coordination of samples refill, required equipment, demo tools maintenance;
  • Coordination of giveaways and other branded merchandise creation/purchase;
  • Coordination of POS, demo tools production with the local agency;
  • Coordination of advertisements placements in magazines, billboards, TV, etc.;
  • Artwork creation for any marketing communication material like leaflets, catalogs, brochures, billboards, etc. in format appropriate for printing and considering brand identity rules and guidelines.


  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Marketing, Business management or the related field (the last year students are welcome as well);
  • Successful previous work experience in the field of marketing and/or sales would be an advantage;
  • Flexible personality with strong multitasking and planning skills;
  • Excellent PC skills: MS Excel, PowerPoint, previous work experience with data bases;
  • Good English knowledge, at least B2 level.
