Currently, we are looking for Payment Operations Specialist to join our team in Vilnius, who will be responsible for bank transfers, will manage various payments & perform other related operations. To be successful in this role, you should have interest in either economics, finance or accounting, also you should be attentive to detail as well as have strong sense of taking responsibility. We will provide training & teach you everything you need to know for this role, so you can be recently graduated or final year student.

Currently, we are looking for Payment Operations Specialist to join our team in Vilnius, who will be responsible for bank transfers, will manage various payments & perform other related operations. To be successful in this role, you should have interest in either economics, finance or accounting, also you should be attentive to detail as well as have strong sense of taking responsibility. We will provide training & teach you everything you need to know for this role, so you can be recently graduated or final year student.
Your key responsibilities:
- Perform bank transfers;
- Make payment cancellations, adjustments, and refunds;
- Manage payment transactions, review them and record errors;
- Monitor exchange rate changes and manage currency balances;
- Deal with unusual situations regarding transfers.
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent computer skills;
- Strong attention to detail & ability to take responsibility in managing daily tasks;
- Good English and Lithuanian language skills;
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts;
- Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.

Salary
1100-1500 €/mon. gross
