HR&Payroll Specialist

Intrum Global Business Services (Intrum GBS) is a Shared Service Center of Intrum. Currently we have over 500 highly dedicated and experienced employees, who support Group functions and local country units across Europe.

Intrum GBS Finance & Accounting unit is globalizing Finance processes within all Intrum countries. This department provides various services from Accounts Payable, Month end closing to Financial and Business controlling etc. If you are dillingent, willing to gain more experience or share your knowledge with others - become a part of our growing team.

What you will be doing:

• Manage personnel data in the databases: employee's personal card, the provision and cancellation of holidays, unemployment
• Calculate staff salaries and prepare pay certificates
• Verify the statements of the remuneration account provided by the bank
• Prepare instructions for the payment of wages and taxes relating to employment relations to the bank

What you bring:

• Very good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken
• Experience in payroll/HR data administration would be an advantage
• Knowledge of using Dynamics NAV/Vikarina/Workday would be an advantage
• Ability to work under limited supervision or individually in a changing environment

What we offer:

• Salary range 1300-1700 Eur gross/month
