Main responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Key Accounts Managers to achieve individual and team targets in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Finland.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Development, Helpdesk and etc.) to develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including sales targets, seller retention, and satisfaction levels.
  • Seller Engagement: Conduct regular business reviews with key sellers to review performance, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team performance: Coach existing and new team members, track their performance and implement needed changes to assure team member‘s professional development.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize key account management processes and workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team improvement: Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Team mate profile:

  • Higher education.
  • Previous work experience in Key Account Management/Sales leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience working with B2B clients, preferably on an international level.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Previous work experience in e-commerce industry - would be an advantage.
  • Strong communication & problem solving skills.
  • English – Fluent/Advanced. Polish and other languages knowledge would be an advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary

3500-4000 €/mon. gross
Additionally, you will get bonuses depending on your personal and team results. Salary level is based on your experience, skills and competencies.
