Responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
- Working with existing Clients and Distributors: assortment analysis, launching new products, etc.;
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients;
- Prepare commercial offers and contracts, participate in negotiations;
- Ensure that all business deals are profitable for both sides;
- Strong relationship with other departments in the company.
Candidate should have:
- Successful experience in selling Brands;
- Proven track of active sales;
- Not less than 2 years experience in dealing with Retailers;
- Ability to work in rapidly changing environment;
- Fluent English skills, Russian is a plus;
- Good at data management and analysis;
- Personal qualities such as self-starter and hands–on person.
