- Dealing with the major retailers in Lithuania;
- Active sales of company production (wholesalers);
- Participation in setting the monthly and yearly sales targets;
- Achievement of the sales targets;
- Constant communication with the present clients;
- Promotion planning and evaluation;
- Development of the existing assortment according to consumer needs and new product development within the Dr. Oetker brand strategy;
- Sales promotion and evaluation;
- Negotiating and reporting.
- University degree in Business Administration;
- 3-5 years working experience with retail chains;
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written);
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work in a team;
- Assertiveness, strong leadership, responsibility and organisational skills, result oriented personality;
- Excellent computer literacy;
- Driver’s licence;
- Knowledge in category management is a plus.
