Customer Service Specialist

Customer service (by phone, e-mail) regarding overdue financial obligations;
Solving situations related to delayed payments, active communication with clients;
Follow-up of internal processes regarding administered cases;
Drawing up payment schedules for solvency restoration.

Communicable - you are always ready to call and talk and communicate by e-mail;
Having a strong desire to learn and improve;
Careful, attentive and result-oriented person;
Likes teamwork and division of labor.

You have a secondary education or are a final year student;
You speak and write Lithuanian correctly and can communicate in English and Russian (we will consider this an advantage);
You have experience in sales or customer service, if not, don't worry, we are flexible and believe that everything can be learned.
