FL Technics Legal team is expanding and looking for a Lawyer to join the Team of HQ office located in Vilnius.

The ideal candidate is a lawyer with a successful track record in international commercial transactions, corporate matters, including implementation of good corporate governance practices, legal project management and business project legal support.



YOUR TASKS:

• Drafting and negotiating various legal documents (international commercial contracts, corporate documents, etc.)
• Participating in the development of group-wide legislation (policies, guidelines, etc.) in cooperation with group companies by drafting, reviewing needed documentation and monitoring and coordinating its implementation
• Continuously reviewing and making recommendations to improve existing processes and procedures, leading the implementation of needed changes
• Effectively managing business legal risks (identifying, assessing, advising, mitigating and monitoring)
• Providing legal advice to internal clients in writing and orally
• Legal research on practices and cases

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• A University degree in Law in the legal field of private law
• At least 2 years’ experience in business law field in a law firm or as an in-house counsel, preferably in the international business
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial transactions
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating international or high-value commercial transactions would be considered an advantage
• Legal expertise of company law
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian, B1 level of English proficiency required
• Teamwork skills which would allow to work effectively in a multicultural environment with cross-departmental and cross-border collaboration
• Good time & stress management
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm and initiative
