Job description

• Guide hiring managers and HR business partners through recruiting and talent selection.
• Lead strategic recruitment meetings with hiring managers to identify the hiring need, define the right profile and agree on the sourcing and recruitment strategy and set expectations around process and timeline.
• Plan and establish talent pipeline to ensure availability of the profile.
• Identify and partner with recruitment companies as appropriate.
• Act as on-going candidate relationship partner by providing value-added recruiting related advice to hiring managers and influence talent decisions.
• Provide accurate and timely information to staff regarding personnel policies and HR services, programs, and activities related to recruitment (posting guidelines, referral program, interim guidelines, etc.).
• Partner with functional leadership and HR teams to set and implement a Talent Acquisition strategy and talent sourcing programs to meet business and operational needs.
• Lead day-to-day operations of talent acquisition function.
• In conjunction with senior management and HR business partners, conducts organizational recommendations for improving recruitment related practice.


• Education Required: Bachelor Degree in business, human resources or related field highly preferred.
• Experience Required: 7 or more years of business-facing recruiting experience in talent sourcing and full life cycle recruiting process.
• Solid understanding and experience of the Lithuania job market.
• Ability to apply a consultancy approach, effectively managing expectations of clients,
• Experience in launching and sustaining talent pipeline through capturing key sourcing intelligence, effectively converting passive candidates and utilizing diverse sourcing channels.
• Team leading experience, ability to manage, coach and lead team of HR professionals.
