Learning & Development Manager

You will be responsible for:

  • creating and executing efficient learning strategies;
  • improving existing training programmes;
  • evaluating individual and organisational development needs;
  • researching and adopting different training techniques; designing and delivering e-learning courses, workshops, coaching, job shadowing, and other training;
  • creating an effective measurement system for training quality; monitoring training progress and results;
  • developing and maintaining close collaboration with Team Leads and Top Management;
  • helping employees make the most of the learning and development opportunities;
  • tracking budgets and negotiating contracts where needed.

From you we expect intrinsic motivation and:

  • 2+ years of experience in learning and development, talent management, organisational development, human resources;
  • experience in developing and owning learning processes;
  • knowledge of effective in-house learning and development methods;
  • strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others;
  • excellent communication skills, including presenting and public speaking;
  • ability to understand the strategic impact of learning projects across the business;
  • excellent critical and creative thinking;
  • excellent organisational and time-management skills;
  • fluency in English, both verbal and written.
