Job description

Fast growing international lifestyle brand Filippo Loreti is seeking a Customer Support specialist (Warranty and Shipping division) to join the team and help with daily operation procedures.
We are looking for someone who is highly positive, easily adaptive and thriving on results that brings overall success to the whole team and the company.
Most of your day will include talking to our clients and partners along with a thorough inspection of the product and handling client cases with our shipping partners.
