Job description

Our client - leading supplier of building materials to the professional market is looking for the half time Marketing Support Assistant.

Tasks:
  • Assist in search for producers for the specific product
  • Registrate, upload and Activate new products and maintain existing products
  • File all relevant documents (contracts, PO, PI, invoices, QC reports, certificates, etc)
  • Make sure that all information are entered and kept updated and uploaded to local servers and programs
  • Keep supplier database updated together with other files in the office as Contact database, catalogs, pro-active offers registration
  • Obtain offers and registate them with comparison
  • Handle sending of samples from producers to Buyers on instruction from SM/GM
  • Add pro-active and product info in presentations
  • Report activities and prepare visiting reports from SM/GM
  • Assist with making presentation (IT versions) of products, suppliers or areas

Requirements

  • IT relevant experience as Office pack
  • Client Access an advantage
  • Organized and time oriented
  • Used to routine work as online registrations and ad hoc task
