MEDICAL AND LEGAL CLAIMS HANDLER (EN & RU SPEAKER) - PART TIME

Our company deals with medical and legal personal injury claims. We have a number of Russian speaking clients who require assistance with the paperwork in English. You will be working remotely; working hours are flexible.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• You will be provided with a clear and well explained task list i.e who you will be calling and what information you need to obtain.
  
• Dealing with client enquiries, either through the phone, email ; gathering and requesting information from them
  
• Interpret over a phone (RU-EN; EN-RU)
  
• You will have to report to management in the end of your working day

Skills & Experience:

• Being able to follow instructions
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian
  
• Excellent personable skills
  

Qualifications:

• Ideally Educated to Degree Level
  

Other languages such as Lithuanian or Polish would be a bonus

5-7 eur/hour net
