  • higher education (preferred specialisations: economy, finance, management, law)
  • min. 3-years of work experience in financial institutions
  • basic knowledge of English
  • visionary leadership and ability to motivate a workforce
  • effective management and delegation
  • very good communication, negotiation, PR and presentation skills
  • very good understanding of business operation, depth knowledge of financial institution, markets and changing business environments
  • planning and forecasting
  • complex problem solving and effective decision making

license of financial mediary. The company is aiming the activity mainly on Lithuanian market.
