Job description

The Director of Finance and Operations will lead overall office finance and operations across several domains including finance, grant management, human resources, security and administration, ensuring compliance with FHI 360 policies and procedures.

The Civil Society Technical Specialist will provide technical guidance and support the implementation of high-quality civil society strengthening activities and will also serve as the Gender and Social Inclusion (GESI) focal point. S/he will be a primary point of contact for all local partners, conducting virtual and in-person mentoring and collaborating with partners, including the design and implementation of capacity building activities, to strengthen their effectiveness. S/he will also provide technical grant oversight and support monitoring and evaluation.

The Grants Specialist will support the implementation of the project grants programs, including review, negotiation/co-creation, award, and monitoring. The Grant Officer’s primary responsibility will be ensuring ongoing adherence to FHI 360 and USAID rules and regulations related to the management of subawardees. S/he will be responsible for managing and providing technical assistance for grantees related to a broad range of compliance, financial, administrative and programmatic needs for effective programming.

The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Specialist will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation and adaption of a comprehensive project MEL plan that includes a focus on Collaborating, Learning and Adapting (CLA) with partners. S/he will oversee data collection, analysis and learning to apply data to inform sound adaptative management decisions. S/he will create tools and training for staff and partners to ensure quality data and optimize learning.

The Administrative Assistant will provide overall program, administrative, and logistical support to the project team. S/he will assist with project reporting, project event planning, procurement, travel coordination, administrative correspondence, logistics and other office administration and project support tasks.
