  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • A BSc degree. Additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus

Potential Tasks:

  • Manage company’s front desk and be the first person to greet guests and employees
  • Control office supplies and make sure it is in accordance with office needs
  • Supervise cleaning crew and cleanliness of office space
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
  • Help team members with other administrative tasks
  • Coordinate events as necessary
  • Additional Ad-hoc requests
