Currently we are looking for a motivated, diligent, proactive, detail-oriented Office Manager/ HR Assistant for a new sport project. You will be a part of a fun-loving, ambitious and open-minded team and will look after our new studio day-to-day!

General office management
Greet colleagues, office guests and ensure a pleasant & tidy work environment at the office
Take care of employees’ well-being, daily assistance to colleagues and managers
Be the go-to person for office visitors and service providers
Compile and update employee records in internal databases
Take care of the office - promptly resolve maintenance and other issues
Help to implement and organize internal projects, ideas and initiatives
Contribute to the organization of internal company events / activities
Carry out internal purchases of the company (stationery, coffee, household goods, etc.)
Manage the flow of electronic inquiries, telephone calls and correspondence in the company
Prepare and archive internal office documents
Assist managers with booking flight tickets, hotels, transportation, etc. if needed
Ensure smooth internal communication and microclimate

We expect you possess
Previous experience in the Office Manager’s role - or similar - is a real advantage
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (oral and written)
Extra languages are a plus
Computer-literacy and good communication skills
