OFFICE MANAGER Vilnius - Confident MAIN TASKS: Managing e-mails and correspondence, answering the phone; Maintaining levels of required office supplies, reordering as necessary; Organizing business trips (booking flight tickets, hotels, dealing with travel accountancy); To assist in organizing events (e.g. training) which take place in Vilnius; New hires introduction with office premises and documentation; Other tasks related to office activities. QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS: Experience in office administration; Excellent command of written and spoken Lithuanian and English, good computer skills; Detail-oriented, able to work pro-actively and effectively with minimal supervision; Excellent planning, organizational skills; Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a flexible, fast paced and changing environment; Positive attitude and creativity.
