Job description

Are you ready to start your career by joining a recently formed and ambitious Sanction Screening team?

In this team, you will have excellent opportunity to grow as a professional by implementing your own decisions that will directly impact the bank’s daily operations. As an Officer, your primary responsibilities will include matching customer profiles against Sanctions and PEP (Politically Exposed Person) lists. You will need to perform an investigation by using various internal and external tools to support your work. To make your first months with us smooth, we promise you comprehensive onboarding with all the necessary training, a dedicated “buddy” and onboarding activities. Your team is ready to share their know-how and help you learn the required skills and competencies. Depending on your skills, knowledge, and experience, you may be offered different seniority of the role.

  • As per the latest quarantine regulation in Lithuania, our team is currently using rotation regarding working remotely and in the office.

You will:

  • Investigate, analyse and resolute Sanctions & PEP screening alerts
  • Ensure high work quality
  • Collaborate within the team and contribution to overall result
  • Contribute to internal process improvements, participation in related discussions and/ or projects initiatives
  • Responsible for closing the tasks and making timely decisions
  • Support to other teams within the same or similar function, when needed

Requirements

  • 1+ working experience in Finance field
  • Agility to learn quickly and adapt to changes
  • Attention to details
  • Critical mindset and the ability to process large volumes of tasks and data
  • Proactive team player attitude, willingness to share your knowledge and have fun together
  • Ability to make timely decisions with orientation to the quality and time management skills
  • Higher education
  • Fluent English (both written and oral)
