The Role
As an Asset Administrator you will be a team member of Finance and Administration unit in OP Corporate Bank plc Lithuanian Branch and your responsibilities in this position will include:
- Administrating the assets pledged to the Bank
- Monitoring asset purchase, registration and insurance
- Dealing with enquiries from customers and institutions
- Supporting the financing process
- Data entry into IT systems and registers
- Collecting information, archiving documentation
- Issuing documents and preparing reports
- Participating in system and process development projects
The Person
- College or University degree
- Experience in administrative tasks and/or customer service and/or Accounting
- Knowledge of process administration
- Self-motivated and disciplined with strong problem solving skills
- Team player with ability to work independently
- Accurate and result orientated
- Computer literacy
- Good written/verbal communication in English and Lithuanian
