About The Role:
As the Operations Manager at eany.io, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of B2B commerce. You will lead our local operations team and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive sustainable growth and ensure operational excellence. Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the local operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supplier engagement, performance, and retention.
- Define and streamline local operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Take ownership of supply management initiatives, from acquisition to activation, to ensure a seamless experience for our partners.
- Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with HQ teams to develop and execute key initiatives that drive business growth and efficiency.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing complex teams and driving results.
- Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Passion for innovation and technology, particularly in the B2B marketplace space.
- Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset and exceptional numerical skills.
