- Participate in day-to-day operations handling
- Ensure quality and timeliness, manage team members' workload
- Identify, assess and prioritize risks
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide quality and timely services
- Drive and facilitate team meetings
- Provide on the job coaching for the team members
- Prepare reports, statistics
- Participate in ongoing projects
What you bring:
- Experience leading a team
- Good knowledge of English
- Ability to solve complex problem
- Good communication skills
- Experience in Shared Service Center environment would be an advantage
What we offer:
- Salary ranges 1700-2200 Eur gross/month
