Are you a reward expert and analytical wizard?

This could be your next opportunity if you see yourself contributing on this journey with a special focus on our reward processes in Compensation & Benefits area. This area covers our key processes like Salary Review and Variable Pay. You will be also delivering in all our other reward areas such as Global Job Structure, job evaluations, salary surveys and benefits schemes. You will support our business in all Compensation & Benefits related questions. Beside rewards, you have been working with complex analysis before and are able and interested to create analysis and suggestions based on wide materials. Our work includes both global and local topics for different areas, depending on business needs.

As we have a flexible and agile approach within our team, you will have a great opportunity to develop, contribute and work with also other areas within HR.

Your new team

If you decide to take upon this challenge, you would be part of one of the People Consulting teams, with responsibility of people topics in Nordics and Baltics. The team has highly qualified professionals and specialists within different HR areas and dedicated to exceeding expectations. This is shown in our team’s mission: “We enable Telia business to succeed by providing solutions to People topics”. We have a really diverse team, both in sense of people and with the Areas of expertise we work with. I’m super proud of our team and know, that they will do everything to onboard our new team member.

The People Consulting teams are responsible for delivering consultative HR support both in ad hoc and planned projects. What we deliver is based on our annual HR processes and other business priority initiatives and requests. We believe in self leadership for all our employees.

  • Can-do spirit and willingness to deliver hands-on support in reward processes
  • Analytical mindset and ability to take over big entities
  • Capability to train and advice our managers
  • Willingness to grow and widen your competences in our areas of expertise
  • Ability to see the big picture and contribute to the whole company
  • Simplifies our operations and drives efficiency

Your experience:

  • Compensation & Benefits background or strong motivation to become a specialist on that area
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Capability to provide data analyses and calculations needed in our processes in different countries
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Higher education in related area
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Experience from other parts of HR is seen as a plus
  • Experience from working in an international environment
  • Knowledge on Workday is an advantage

Working in this position you will receive a base salary starting 1900 – 2900 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
