GET READY TO
- Manage international full recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Coordinate Onboarding/Offboarding processes
- Manage HR documentation – be the contact point for payroll
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within HR internal systems and HRIS (we are using Workday)
- Support employees in all people-related issues
- Develop HR initiatives related to employee engagement and satisfaction
- Analyze people data and prepare reports
- Participate in various local and global people projects
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working as People Operations Specialist, HR Specialist, or a similar role
- Higher education
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Experience working with HRIS (experience with Workday would be an advantage)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Microsoft Office skills
- Great organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Initiative, ownership, proactivity, and ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
