We're looking for a Performance Creative (Creative Designer) who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping ads for Meta and beyond.
This isn’t just another creative role - it’s for someone ready to own the entire ad creation process: not just executing briefs, but generating ideas, editing advertisements, and continuously optimizing for performance.
Also known as a Creative Designer with a performance-driven mindset, this role is ideal for someone who blends design skills with data awareness, turning insights into high-impact visuals.

What You’ll Do:
- Create high-performing video and static ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), integrating storytelling with performance insights.
- Edit videos with actors, UGC, or product showcases
- Design eye-catching static creatives using Photoshop.
- Collaborate with UGC creators - writing briefs, managing deliverables, and organizing assets.
- Analyze the performance of your ads (CPC, CTR, Thumbstop Rate, etc.) and use insights to iterate and improve.
- Conduct research on competitors, trends, and creative angles to stay ahead of the market.
What We Expect:
- A performance-oriented mindset - you’re not just creative, you care about results.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and take initiative in driving creative strategy.
- Comfort working with AI tools like ChatGPT to brainstorm, draft scripts, and speed up asset development.
Nice To Haves:
- Experience in motion and/or graphic design, especially using Adobe After Effects and Photoshop - or a strong desire to learn (we're open to teaching the right person).
- Background in direct-response advertising or e-commerce.
- Familiarity with performance metrics and how they guide creative decisions.
- Skills in AI-powered tools like Midjourney, Runway, or ChatGPT-4o.
