POSITION
Product Development Engineer will manage an engineering team working on bikes projects from idea generation through to the introduction of the product into the market, overseeing the technical aspects of the prototype build through to the customer approval and production.

REQUIREMENTS
- Higher technical education
- Perception of the quality requirements of a bicycle, principles of the functionality, compatibility of the different parts and operation of the components
- Interest in bicycle development and innovations
- Ability to develop a relationship with customers
- Ability to lead and manage projects concurrently
- Good English skills (advantage – German)

Operating since 1948, the company exports top-quality bicycles all over Europe. Having a manufacturing capacity of 6 lines produces 1700 different models and can deliver up to 500 000 bicycles per year. A few per cent of the production stays in Baltics. Other bicycles are exported to 14 countries - to Germany, Netherlands, Denmark, Switzerland, Austria, Finland, and others.
