About the job:
Currently we are looking for a Production Data Analyst to join our team in Kaunas.
You will be reporting to Production Process Manager and you as a Production Data Analyst will be responsible for production data collection and analysis.

- Collection of production data from our ERP system, Excel-based production reports, equipment generated log files, other sources and data analysis
- Preparation of daily reports for department's meetings, weekly reports to finance and plant management, monthly reports and other reports as the need arises
- Maintenance and improvement of production data collection system and department KPI's tracking system
- Reporting of department KPIs to global KPIs tracking system
- Assisting of process engineers and other functions with data analysis, e.g., process capability analysis
- Participation in problem solving activities, e.g., extraction of product traceability data and establishing cause and effect relationships
- Initiating and leading improvement projects aim at improving data collection and analysis processes
About you:
- Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science or another relevant field
- At least 1 year previous experience with data analysis
- Expert level MS Excel skills, including visual basic programming skills
- ERP skill (preferably SAP)
- Experience with databases
- Good communication skills – Lithuanian and English (both verbal and written)
Beneficial skills:
- Previous experience in manufacturing
- Engineering skills or at least understanding about manufacturing processes
- Power BI skills
- Programming skills
- Problem solving skills, including the use of 8D and A3 forms
