Job description
- Contribute for projects management office establishment by creating and maintaining PMO policies, processes and relevant infrastructure
- Ensure all projects are executed according to PMO policies and routines for project’s creation, development and execution as well as proper documentation is in place during different stages
- Initiate and run structured and regular communication of overall projects status and updates for relevant stakeholders
- Oversee overall projects risks and problems, inform relevant stakeholders and initiate mitigating actions
- Monitor and manage relationships and timely feedback from projects managers, running projects for Yara Supply chain services
- Continuously evaluate projects status to ensure they are meeting standards, deadlines, scope and initiate escalations when needed
Requirements
- 2-3 years working experience as project management officer, project coordinator or any similar role in project management area
- Degree, preferably Bachelor, within Business Administration/Engineering/Computer Science
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to details and technicalities
- Relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education
- MS office package skills
- Excellent English (fluent written and spoken) communication skills
