About The Role

As a Project Manager in Customer support, you will be responsible for creating content (knowledge base, templates, responses) and processes (decision trees on how to solve particular problems). You’ll prioritize your work using qualitative and quantitative research. Success in this role is measured by speed and efficiency of solving simple and complex problems by our customer support agents as well as over reduction in Contact Rate.

In This Role, You Will

  • Write content (template email responses, phone scripts etc.) that our agents will use to solve issues of customers and suppliers
  • Train and coach new and existing team members on new content and processes
  • Create decision trees to simplify problem resolution
  • Monitor data to assess the impact of introduced decision trees and content
  • Cooperate with the supply team to educate customers and suppliers of possible issues before they take place

  • 3+ years experience preferably in customer support
  • Proven experience with mapping customer processes
  • Proven experience in content creation and distribution
  • Proactive nature and customer obsession
  • Open mind and ability to quickly adapt

The offered salary range for this position is 2200-3000 € (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
