  • Work within client delivery to deliver high quality implementations and service;
  • Responsible for managing projects of varying complexity, varying in length from 4 weeks to 12 months;
  • Support major/complex projects as part of a team;
  • Ensuring clients receive timely and accurate communication;
  • Chairing project meetings, remotely or face to face;
  • Responsible for developing, maintaining and updating all project documentation, including plans, meeting minutes, RAID logs and other key project documents;
  • Proactively address project issues;
  • Be consultative and share advice and expertise with clients;
  • Manage client stakeholder expectations;
  • Build up an expert knowledge of company change and project processes;
  • Apply best practice to continuously evolve and improve processes and documentation;
  • Formulate project plans, working closely with clients and all areas within company;
  • Plan schedule and monitor project deliverables, goals and milestones;
  • Identify, track and resolve client issues;
  • Ensure clients can serve as a reference for company;
  • Prepare status reports for internal management;
  • Some International travel may be required;
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Project management experience in a technology or financial services environment;
  • Experience of structured project methodologies, ideally with accreditation;
  • Experience of delivering projects and services to external clients;
  • Excellent spoken and written communication and presentation both English and Lithuanian, Russian and Polish would be an advantage;
  • Ability to communicate between technical and non-technical participants;
  • Ability to create technical specifications and review development requirements;
  • Highly IT literate with experience of working with developers and ideally APIs;
  • Detail oriented and analytical;
  • Good listening and questioning;
  • Ability to work in a team oriented and collaborative environment;
  • Organisation, time management;
  • Ability to create and maintain accurate accessible and organised documentation;
  • Customer focused;
  • Highly motivated and driving for results;
  • Professional, credible, display good manners;
  • Be on time for work, appointments and meetings;
  • Show respect for colleagues.
