RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive internal team and stakeholder communication and facilitate effective collaboration between teams in Vilnius and Hamburg;
  • Moderation of Stand-up, Planning, Grooming meetings and creation of new user stories in response to newly discovered requirements;
  • Moderation of Demo and Retrospective meetings;
  • Regular high-level requirement meetings and discussions with Product Owner and the team;
  • Maintain Agile way of working, removing any impediments to progress;
  • Mediate between seca support team and development team and show full ownership of the process until it's resolution;
  • Take ownership of project related topics (e.g. communication with other seca IT partner companies).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience working in a software development team;
  • Knowledge and understanding of Agile software development;
  • Experience with corporate office systems including Jira and Microsoft Office;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Hands-on attitude willing to share knowledge, help others and accept help;
  • Self-driven and a results-oriented person.

  • Salary range 3500 – 4900 Eur/Gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate;
