RESPONSIBILITIES:

Making purchases, cancellations, write-downs, returns including RMA, creating new SKUs in ERP, based on appendix information;
Giving purchasing forecasts to vendor and updating confirmed delivery dates;
Applying customer forecast to optimize stock levels and availability;
Following up on sales commitments, insuring they are in accordance with plan;
Insuring purchasing KPI’s are met (stock level, availability and aging);
Following up and maintaining all stock locations (excluding consignment);
Making reports and statistics related to stock turnover and stock levels;
Maintaining correct purchase prices;
Monitoring, analysing and reporting of aged inventory;
Negotiating with suppliers;
Maintaining KPI´s on given suppliers;
Supporting Sales and PC with information regarding deliveries, forecasts, stock levels and stock turnover;
Supporting Sales actively with delivery information, purchase conditions and supplier information.

REQUREMENTS:

Bachelors‘ degree in Economy, Finances, Business Administration or related fields;
Good English communication skills (written and verbal);
1-2 years of experience in purchasing field;
Proficiency in Excel and purchasing software;
Attentiveness to details;
Strong analytical mindset and negotiation skills;
Ability to work independently;
Strong planning and organizational skills.
