About and Your main responsibilities:

Main responsibilities:
Main responsibilities:
- Design test plans, cases, scenarios, scripts, and procedures
- Report and document technical issues, report bugs and errors to development teams
- Perform manual Functional, Regression and Exploratory testing (Web)
- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
- Effectively collaborate with team members to achieve the best results
- Participation in grooming sessions, planning sessions and retrospectives
For success you need:
- Experience in testing within Agile/DevOps environment.
- Understanding of full software development life cycle.
- Good understanding of testing methodologies (ISTQB certificate is a plus).
- Ability to do some simple Java coding is a plus.
- Experience in Test automation is a plus.
- Experience in Banking or Insurance Industry is a plus.
- An open and proactive communication style.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English, any of the Nordic languages is an advantage.
- Ability to travel on short-term basis (Continental Europe).
