About the Position:

Idea Link is the leading No Code software development agency in the Baltics. We are the flag bearers of an exciting new niche in software development that enables launching apps up to five times faster and three times cheaper than traditional software development agencies.

In this position, you will join a small, young and closely-knit team that works with clients all around the globe.

You will have the freedom to choose your optimal working hours and whether you prefer working on-site, remotely or in a hybrid format.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with developers and ensure all bugs are completely fixed.
  
• The ability to organize work processes according to your convenience and best practices
  

Personal Qualities:

• At least one year of work experience in QA testing
  
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes;
  
• Self-motivated, ability to accomplish things with minimal instructions.
  
• Fluency in English: the job will involve writing a lot of texts and speaking the language.
  
• Should be able to speak Lithuanian.
  
• Interest in new technology, new fields.
